Together, We Rise Above

Our Chapter
The Illinois Delta chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon is the most diverse in the entire United States. We are proud to stand with our transgender and nonbinary siblings. We currently have 20 active members with majors ranging from Musical Theatre to Accounting and Graphic Design. Our chapter seeks out members that are resilient, strong leaders who lend a helping hand to others to reach success. We strive to make lifelong connections that span outside of our members' time here at Millikin. Through friendship, scholarship, leadership, and service, SAE finds members with impeccable character and helps them achieve their full potential, letting them rise up to face every challenge placed before them—today and tomorrow.

OUR ENDURING GOALS
Sigma Alpha Epsilon was founded in 1856 with one goal in mind, a society of gentleman. We strive to create a better human; a human who works to better those around them. A human who stands up for the rights of those around them, who does not tolerate injustice and who makes no human feel lesser. A human who is respectful to someone that is of no possible service to them. We hold ourselves to a code of conduct impossible to achieve, we hold ourselves to a dream. A dream that one day we can be a true gentleman; a chivalrous and proper human. We do this to look forward to a better tomorrow.
